Local Partnerships Drive Local Customers

Central Wharf & Co

When The Glynn Hospitality Group converted their once famous bar, Jose McIntyre’s, into a more upscale concept, Central Wharf & Co. they knew they would need to go after a new customer base. In addition to tasteful media coverage, Kristin built and executed a strategy that allowed the restaurant to engage with their closest customer base, their neighborhoods. They launched events in partnership with key influencers such as the Rose Kennedy Greenway to attract local customers to the restaurant.

BostInno – See Inside the New Restaurant That Hopes to Help Change the Face of Boston’s Financial District

“So if you’re tired of the current face of the Financial District – one that’s overrun with Irish pubs and lacking on innovative atmosphere – Central Wharf Co. is here to both revive your lunch meetings and give the downtown population a place to relax on the weekends.”

Sterling’s Boston

Located in the heart of Faneuil Hall, Sterling’s Boston was struggling to attract local repeat customers. Instead of your traditional media placements in food focused outlets, Kristin created unique events and experiences at the restaurant. Event series such as ‘Bikini & Bellini Pilates Bootcamp Series’ and ‘The Great American Patio Party’ brought thousands of new customers to the restaurant. Between the experiences themselves and the media coverage surrounding those experiences, Sterling’s quickly became a downtown hot spot.
